To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment – not your payment commitment – must be received by June 20, 2014.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $95 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences no later than July 10, 2014. Cancellations after July 10, 2014 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
PRE-REGISTRATION CUT-OFF
After August 1, 2014 please register on-site. Advanced Conference registration will be closed at midnight, EST on Friday, August 1, 2014. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by August 1, 2014 in order to be processed as a pre-registration at the regular conference rates.
