- All single booths will be 10′ wide by 10′ deep.
- Each booth will be equipped with 3’ high fabric side-rails and a 8’ high fabric back-wall and one (1) 11” x 17” ID sign.
- Each 10 x 10 booth includes one (1) Full Conference Registration with admittance to all technical sessions and social events, one (1) Exhibit Hall Only Registration with admittance to the Welcome Reception, Exhibitor Reception, and Refreshment Breaks and one (1) CD-ROM with the special Conference issue of the IEEE Transactions of Applied Superconductivity (fully peer reviewed papers submitted at the Conference is scheduled to be published in June 2015).
- Exhibit hall is not carpeted.
Additional Company Representatives

Additional company personnel may attend as an Exhibit Hall Only registrant at the $150 per person rate (limited to to two per single booth). Exhibit Hall Only registrations include admittance only to the Welcome Reception, Exhibitor Reception, and Refreshment Breaks. It does not include access to the technical sessions and the Thursday Farewell Event. Individuals wishing to attend technical sessions must register as Full Conference Participants via the Conference Registration page.
Benefits to Exhibitors (applicable only if payment is received in full)
- Pre- and post-conference listing on the ASC 2014 website with your company description and a hyperlink to your company’s homepage.
- Complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Exhibit hall with up to 1.5Mbps per user.
- Discounted Conference hotel room rates at the contracted Conference hotels (see the Accommodations page for additional information).
- Food and beverage will be available in prominent locations throughout the Exhibit areas.
- Tuesday afternoon ASC SuperWorld Public Outreach Program, located in a designated section of the Exhibit hall.
- Pre-registrant contact information available three weeks prior to Conference in excel format. Contact Centennial Conferences by email at asc@centennialconferences.com to request the pre-registrant contact data. (Note that only participants having given permission to be listed will be included.)
- Full listing of all Conference participants will be provided –if requested– after the Conference via email in excel format. (Note that only participants having given permission to be listed will be included.)
Assignment of Booth Space
- Application & Contract Agreements are date-stamped upon receipt as long as payment is included. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
- All payments must be received in full by May 30, 2014.
- To select your preferred booth area, please refer to the tentative Exhibit Floor Plan.
- Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to, or across from, particular companies should indicate so on the Exhibit Application & Contract Agreement. Careful consideration will be given to such requests whenever possible. Exhibit Manager reserves the right to adjust floor layout.
- Booth assignments will be made by the Exhibit Chairman by June 9, 2014. Assignments will be added to the list of confirmed Exhibitors on the ASC website.
Payment Information
- Payment may be made by credit card, check or wire transfer.
- Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Checks must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a United States bank and made payable to Applied Superconductivity Conference, Inc.
- If payment must be submitted by wire transfer, please contact Centennial Conferences by email for bank information.
- The deadline for contracts and full payment to be received is May 30, 2014.
Cancellation
If written notice of cancellation is received by May 30, 2014, an administrative fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained. Cancellations after May 30, 2014 will result in forfeiture of the exhibit fee.
Exhibit space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
