| Career Opportunity sponsors help to promote and facilitate the interchange between graduate students, postdocs and more senior members of the workforce who are looking for job opportunities. Companies will sign up on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-up sheets will be manned at the ASC Student Activities Desk located at the ASC On-Site Registration Desk, with preference given to sponsors. The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the ASC Job Postings and Resume boards, located in the conference registration area, and on signage outside the ASC Interview Room, located in Suite 104 located on the Concourse Level of the Charlotte Convention Center adjacent to the ASC registration area. Sponsor will be given two host tickets to the special Student Mentor Luncheon, to be held on Tuesday, August 12, at the Westin Charlotte Hotel.
