Please be advised that the reservation data transfer process of all reservations made through the Visit Charlotte Housing Bureau will take place on Friday, July 11, 2014. Please call your hotel directly beginning Monday, July 14, with any changes or cancellations.

Room Rate
The nightly rate for the three hotels is $110 per night + local & state tax, for single/double/triple/quadruple occupancy. This is equal to the prevailing 2014 Federal Government Per Diem Rate for Charlotte, NC.
Reservations
Hotel reservations at this low rate are managed exclusively by the Visit Charlotte Housing Bureau. The reservation deadline to take advantage of the group rate is Friday, June 27, 2014.
Advanced Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation online. All reservations will be charged a first night room and tax advance deposit after July 10th by your assigned hotel. For deposits made by check or wire payment, please contact the Visit Charlotte Housing Bureau at asc2014@visitcharlotte.com. If the reservation is cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
Check in/Check out
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon.
Early Departure Fees
In the event of an early check-out, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee in the amount of $75. To avoid an early check-out fee please advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Sharing Rooms
Roommates and guests are the responsibility of each individual. If one person cancels, the other(s) will be charged the full rate. Each roommate is asked to check in separately at the front desk and present his/her own method of payment.
Note! Westin Workout Fitness Studio will be complimentary to all ASC’14 attendees staying at the Westin Charlotte.
