We anticipate that a number of ancillary meetings will be held in conjunction with the ASC’14. If you would like to arrange for a meeting during the Conference, please contact the ASC’14 Conference Manager, Paula Pair, at asc@centennialconferences.com for assistance.
Limited space is available at the Charlotte Convention Center and the Westin Charlotte Hotel. Space is available at both locations on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:
Date
Time (start and end times)
Anticipated attendance
Setup (U-shape, conference style, etc.)
Audio visual requirements
Internet requirements
Electrical requirements
Food and beverage requirements
Location of meeting preference (1 – Charlotte Convention Center, 2 – Westin Charlotte Hotel)
Subject/Title of Meeting Organizer’s Contact Information (with email address)
On-site point of contact (if not the Meeting Organizer noted above)
Upon receipt of the information above, meeting organizers will receive a meeting space request confirmation from Paula Pair and the meeting space assignment will follow. Paula will then initiate an introduction with the appropriate point of contact at the meeting venue.
In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for setting up direct billing arrangements with the meeting venue’s point of contact. ASC’14 is not responsible for ancillary meeting related expenses.
