To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment – not your payment commitment – must be received by July 11, 2016.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences no later than August 4, 2016. Cancellations after August 4, 2016 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
PRE-REGISTRATION CUT-OFF
After August 24, 2016 please register on-site. Advanced Conference registration will be closed at midnight, EDT, on Friday, August 24, 2016. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by August 24, 2016 in order to be processed as a pre-registration at the regular conference rates.
