PVD Products provides fully integrated thin film deposition systems for HTS Coated Conductor applications.  Our products include complete R2R deposition tools for PLD, Sputtering, IBAD MgO (both ion beam sputtering and evaporation), as well as system for Solution Deposition Planarization.  PVD has been making such tools for over a decade and has multiple repeat orders from various customers around the world. PVD Products works closely with iBeam Materials on process development. iBeam Materials develops IBAD templates for coated conductors and other applications. iBeam also provides IBAD substrates in long lengths for R&D purposes.
