Photon Spot specializes in superconducting single-photon detectors and fully-automated closed-cycle cryostats that deliver temperatures below 1 Kelvin without the consumption and running expense of liquid helium.  Our cryostats are a cost-effective and straight-forward alternative to other technologies like ADRs or dilution fridges where temperatures in the 0.8K – 1K range are desired, with ~ 1-2 mK temperature stability, a compact footprint, and optional vibration isolation. For the ASC meeting, Photon Spot will be exhibiting the Cryospot 4M: a sub-compact 0.8K closed-cycle cryostat.
