Reviewer Information

The review process for ASC 2008 is entirely web based.

Reviews must be submitted through the Manuscript Central site at:
http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/asc-ieee

A review can only be submitted if an assignment to a paper has been made and the assignment has been accepted.

Reviews are due Friday, September 26, 2008.

• It is not a reviewers job to rewrite manuscripts. A manuscript may be rejected because it is unreadable and the English is unsatisfactory.
  
  
• Some valid reasons for rejecting a manuscript include any of the following: not applied superconductivity, lack of technical merit, not original work, work published previously, incremental progress only, insufficient referencing of past work in the field, and unsatisfactory English.
  
  
• Papers must be reviewed with the same degree of thoroughness and to the same standard as any other paper published in the IEEE journals in terms of technical merit and in terms of IEEE format.
  
  
• Manuscripts are not preprints and should not be distributed. Information contained in a manuscript under review is confidential.
  
  
• Reviewers are to remain anonymous.
  
  
• Final acceptance or rejection decision will be made by the editor based on the reviews (at least two) received.
